Celebrate Your Makar Sankranti With Delicious Aata Ladoo

Ingredients

Peanut, ghee, jaggery, coconut, sesame seeds and cardamom powder.

Roast Flour

Start by roasting the Aata in ghee on low heat. Stir continuously until it turns golden and aromatic.

Add Sweetener

Add jaggery or sugar and a pinch of cardamom. Stir until the sweetener melts and blends in.

Add Raisins

Add your chopped nuts and a pinch of saffron. Mix well.

Shape Ladoos

Once the mixture cools down slightly, shape it into small, round ladoos using your hands.
