Celebrate Love With A Sweet Magic Of Mochi Ice Cream

1 cup sweet rice flour (mochi flour), 1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 cup ice cream (flavour of choice), Cornstarch (for dusting).

Ingredients

Scoop small balls of ice cream and place them on a tray. Freeze for 1-2 hours until solid.

Prepare Ice Cream Balls

Mix sweet rice flour, sugar, and water in a bowl. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until thickened.

Make Mochi Dough

Cool the mochi dough to room temperature.

Cool The Dough

Coat your hands with cornstarch, flatten the dough into a disc, place an ice cream ball in the center, and fold the dough over to seal it.

Shape The Mochi

Place the mochi ice cream back in the freezer for another 2-3 hours until firm. Enjoy your Mochi Ice Cream!
