1 box brownie mix (store brought or homemade), eggs, oil, water, 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, 1 cup Italian cheese, 1/2 cup whipped cream, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla.
Bake the brownies as per the package or recipe instructions. Let them cool completely.
Brew strong coffee or espresso. Lightly brush it over the cooled brownie layer to soak in the flavor.
Whip the Italian cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy and smooth.
Layer the Italian cheese mixture evenly over the coffee-soaked brownies.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
