Cauliflower , olove oil, curry powder, onions, and salt, pepper.
Start by washing and cutting the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Roast mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chilies, and black peppercorns until fragrant.
When they begin to sizzle and change colour, add in thinly sliced onions. Sauté for a minute and add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Sauté well over medium high heat till the cauliflower turns golden brown.
Ready to serve! The perfect balance of creamy, savory, and nutty flavors.
