Cashew Pakoda Recipe: Crunchy And Flavorful Snack To Try Today

Mix all ingredients (except oil, ghee, and cashews) in a bowl. 

Fry cashews in ghee until golden and add to the mixture. 

Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes. 

Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough. 

Heat oil and deep fry small portions of the dough until golden. 

Drain excess oil and serve.
