Carrot Stuffed Paratha Recipe: A Nutritious And Flavorful Delight

Make a soft dough by mixing flour, salt, oil, and water, rest for 30 minutes. 

Saute cumin, spices, and carrot in oil, toss for 2 minutes and cool the mixture.

Divide dough into balls, roll out two, and layer one with the filling. 

Cover with the second rolled paratha, seal edges, and roll out gently. 

Cook the paratha on a hot tawa, flipping and spreading oil until golden. 

Serve hot with your favourite side dish.
