Lingkan Reang
Make a soft dough by mixing flour, salt, oil, and water, rest for 30 minutes.
Saute cumin, spices, and carrot in oil, then mix in coriander and let it cool.
Divide the dough into balls and roll out two lightly.
Add filling to one rolled paratha, cover with another, seal edges, and roll again.
Cook the paratha on a hot tawa, flipping and adding oil until golden.
Serve hot and enjoy!
