Spaghetti, eggs, Pecorino Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, butter, heavy cream.
Boil spaghetti until just al dente. Drain and toss with butter while warm.
Whisk eggs, heavy cream, cheese, and black pepper in a bowl.
Mix the pasta with the egg mixture. Press it into a buttered skillet, shaping like a pie crust.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until crispy & golden.
Top with whipped cream, cocoa powder, or chocolate shavings. Slice and enjoy.
