Pie crust, broccoli, shredded cheese, eggs, milk or cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg.
Steam or blanch the broccoli florets for 3–4 minutes, until tender. Drain and chop into small pieces.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place the broccoli and cheese in the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top, spreading evenly.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
Let it cool slightly before slicing. Pair it with a fresh salad for a full meal.
