Boil water with salt, cook broccoli for 2 minutes, then strain.
In the same water, cook the pasta until done.
Make pesto by blending cashews, garlic, red chili flakes, salt, and Parmesan.
Add broccoli and olive oil to the pesto, pulse until coarsely crushed.
Drain pasta, toss with pesto, adding pasta water if needed.
Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
