Broccoli Pepper Fry Recipe: A Spicy And Nutritious Delight

Boil water with salt and turmeric, cook broccoli for 4-5 minutes, drain, and set aside. 

Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, chilies, curry leaves, and onions until light golden. 

Add salt and turmeric powder to the pan and mix well. 

Toss in the boiled broccoli and saute until browned.

Sprinkle pepper and give it a final toss to coat evenly. 

Serve hot as a flavorful and healthy side dish.
