Broccoli Fried Rice Recipe: A Healthy And Flavourful Meal

Scramble eggs in a kadai, set aside. 

Saute garlic, ginger, and onions in oil. 

Add salt, sugar, and broccoli, cook for 5 minutes.

Mix in cooked basmati rice and scrambled eggs. 

Add vinegar, soy sauce, and pepper, toss well. 

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
