1 ½ cups chocolate chips, ½ cup peanut butter, 2 tbsp butter , ¼ cup powdered sugar, ½ tsp vanilla extract.
melt chocolate until smooth, stir well.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Wisk unil creamy and smooth.
Spoon melted chocolate into liners and spread evenly.
Add peanut butter filling, then cover with more chocolate.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and chill until firm.
Serve and enjoy delicious chocolate peanut cupcake.
