Leftover idlis (cut into cubes), 1 onion, 1 capsicum, 2-3 green chilies, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp cornflour + 1 tbsp water, salt & pepper to taste.

Deep-fry idli cubes until golden and crispy. Set aside on paper towels.
