-2 ripe bananas - 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries - 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or flavored) - 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) - 1 tablespoon honey (optional) - Ice cubes (optional)

Wash and hull fresh strawberries. If using frozen, thaw and pat dry with a paper towel.

In a blender, combine bananas, strawberries, yogurt, and milk.

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Add honey if you want a sweeter smoothie. Add ice cubes if you want a thicker, colder smoothie.

Blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is the desired consistency.

Pour the smoothie in glass garnishing it with fresh mint and enjoy .
