Clean and marinate fish with turmeric and salt for 15 minutes.
Heat mustard oil in a skillet, cook fish fillets until golden brown on both sides.
Preheat air fryer to 200°C, brush fish and basket with oil, then air fry for 4 minutes.
Heat oil, add mustard and kalonji seeds, cook until sputtering.
Stir in onion paste, spices, and tomato paste, cook for 5 minutes.
Add water and fish, cook for 3-4 minutes, garnish and serve with rice.
