To Make This Grated beetroots, milk, sugar, ghee, chopped nuts (cashews, almonds), cardamom pods, and a pinch of saffron.
Grate the beetroots finely. This helps in cooking the halwa quickly and evenly.
Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated beetroot and sauté for 2-3 minutes until aromatic.
Add milk and bring to a simmer. Let it cook on medium heat until the milk reduces by half.
Stir in sugar and cardamom. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes until it thickens.
Garnish with chopped nuts and saffron. Serve warm and enjoy.
