Beat Procrastination: Study Smarter, Not Harder!

Break It Down

Big tasks feel overwhelming → Break them into smaller steps. – Instead of “Study Chapter 5,” start with “Read 3 pages & take notes.”

Use The Pomodoro Technique

– Study for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. – After 4 rounds, take a longer 15-20 min break.

Remove Distractions

– Put your phone on Do Not Disturb (or in another room!). – Use website blockers to avoid social media temptations.

Set Clear Goals

Instead of “I need to study,” say: ✅ Finish 10 math problems ✅ Revise 2 chapters ✅ Make 5 flashcards

Start With The 2-Minute Rule

Trick your brain: Tell yourself, “I’ll just do this for 2 minutes.” – Most times, you’ll keep going once you start!

.

Find Your Best Study Time

– Are you more productive in the morning or at night? Study when you’re naturally more focused!

.

Stay Consistent

Studying a little every day is better than cramming. Make it a habit, and it’ll feel easier over time!
