- 200g cream cheese - 1 cup sugar - 1/4 cup honey - 1 tsp vanilla extract - Phyllo dough - 1 cup nuts (walnuts, pistachios) - 1/2 cup butter (melted)
Beat cream cheese, sugar, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
Layer phyllo sheets in a pan, brushing each with melted butter. Add crushed nuts between layers.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the phyllo and nuts. Add more layers of phyllo dough on top, brushing with butter.
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes until golden and set. Let it cool before serving.
Drizzle with honey and garnish with chopped nuts before serving!
