Egg whites, butter, flour, almond flour, sugar, berries, baking powder, lemon zest, vanilla, salt.
Melt butter on medium heat until golden & nutty, Let it cool for 5–7 mins.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Almond flour + All-purpose flour + Sugar Keep it light & lump-free.
Egg whites (lightly whisked), vanilla extract, and browned butter – mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour batter into muffin or tea cake molds.
Wrap them up in a cute box ,Add a handwritten note.
