In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, folding in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool, then dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce.
