Soak almonds in hot water for 15 minutes, peel, and blend into a smooth puree with milk.
Heat ghee in a pan, add the almond puree, and cook until it thickens.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add milk, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add saffron, cardamom, and nuts, and mix well.
Serve cold.
