Pay attention to how your body responds while consuming fruits that might lead to poor digestion or can disrupt your sleep.

Avoid Citrus fruits like Oranges, Lemons, Grapefruits, etc. as they are high in acidity, and increases stomach acid production. Thus leading to acid reflux or heartburn when consumed during bedtime. Even, Mangoes should be avoided due to high sugar content.

Bananas are rich in potassium and magnesium, and are great for muscle relaxation. But the high carbohydrate content and natural sugar in bananas can lead to an increase in energy and restlessness.

Apples contain a high fibre content. It can cause indigestion or bloating, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Pineapple is rich in bromelain, an enzyme that helps with protein digestion. But, its consumption can lead to acid reflux, bloating, or indigestion, especially for those with sensitive stomachs.
