Avocado Tofu Salad: A Fresh & Filling Plant-Based Delight

1 Avocado, tofu, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, fresh herbs.

Ingredients

Press the firm tofu to release moisture and cut into chunks. Then saute the tofu in a hot pan until it turns soft and golden.
