A mouth-watering, crispy dosa topped with a flavorful spicy mushroom and yogurt mix. Let's make this iconic dish.
1 cup Kalan (Mushroom), 1 cup Dosai batter, 1 onion (chopped), 2 green chilies, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili, coriander powder, salt, fresh coriander leaves, oil.
Heat a tawa (griddle), spread the dosai batter evenly, and cook it on low heat until crispy.
Sauté spices, cook mushrooms, then add yogurt.
Spoon the spicy Kalan mixture over the dosai. Fold it in half and cook until crispy and golden.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
