Pacchi Pulusu is a traditional Andhra dish that's tangy, spicy, and incredibly refreshing. Perfect for a summer day!.
1 tomato, 2 chilies, 1 tbsp tamarind, 1 tsp mustard & cumin seeds, 2 tbsp jaggery (or sugar), coriander, salt.
Start by heating oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté till the onions turn golden brown. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
In a small bowl, combine tamarind paste and ½ cup water.
Your Pacchi Pulusu is ready.Serve it hot with steamed rice or as a side to your meal.
