Marinate mutton with a blended spice paste and let it sit for an hour.
Cook the marinated mutton in a pressure cooker for 5-6 whistles, then simmer for 15 mins.
Blend coconut and fennel seeds into a smooth paste with water.
Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, onions, and green chilli, and saute until golden.
Add spice powders, cooked mutton, and water to the pan, mixing well.
Stir in the coconut masala, simmer for 10 mins, and serve with rice.
