Mix chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a hot pan, sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and spices to release their rich aroma.
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until browned and tender.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Let the curry simmer for 10-15 minutes to blend the flavors.
Stir in fresh cream for a rich, smooth texture. Simmer until the curry thickens and the flavors meld.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or steamed rice!
