Take 30g coriander seeds, 15g cumin seeds, 5g black peppercorns, 2-3 green cardamom pods, 1 cinnamon stick,3-4 dry red chilies, 20g garlic, 5g curry leaves, 75g onion, 100ml coconut milk,– 50ml vegetable oil,2 tsp mustard seeds, 10g curry leaves, 150g onion,½ tbsp chilli powder, 600g chicken, 250g dessicated coconut,2 tbsp lemon juice and salt.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan.
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and onions, red chilli powder.
Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in the dessicated coconut. Season with salt and lemon juice.
Cook the chicken for about 15 minutes until it's soft and tender.
Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves and enjoy!
