Authentic Malpua Recipe From Bihar

Take 120 gm sugar ,350 ml milk,10 almonds,10 cashews,10 raisins, 1/2 tsp cardamom,50 ml oil and 1 cup Maida.

Take Maida, suji and sugar in a bowl and mix it well.

Pour in milk and blend it into a smooth batter without any lumps.

keep the batter for 3-4 hours to make it little bit fluffy.

After 3 hours add one large Banana and smash it well, then add some chopped almonds, cashew,raisins and cardamom  in the batter.

preheat the oil in pan and now add the batter to make mini puas. Fry it until golden brown.

Garnish it with some rabri and enjoy!
