Lingkan Reang
Mix all marination ingredients and set aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard and fennel seeds.
Add onions and cook until golden, then add green chilli and curry leaves.
Stir in ginger garlic paste, cook for 2 minutes, then add tomatoes and mix.
Add spice powders, salt, and marinated chicken, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Increase heat, dry the chicken, add chicken masala powder, and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve.
