Ragi flour, ghee, jaggery, coconut, ghee, dry fruits, and a pinch of cardamom.
Roast the flour on low flame until aromatic.
Melt jaggery with water to form a syrup.
"Mix ghee with the roasted ragi flour also add the dry fruits.
Shape the mixture into small round ladoos.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with a side of yogurt or pickle.
