Lingkan Reang
Dry roast red chillies and coriander seeds, then grind into a powder.
Heat oil in a kadai, add onions, and cook until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, green chillies, and ginger garlic paste, and cook until tomatoes soften.
Stir in the powdered spices, then add chicken and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Add capsicum, garam masala, and cream, mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and julienned ginger, and serve hot with rice.
