Take 3 eggs, 90 g caster sugar, 90g all purpose flour, powdered sugar, 240 ml whipping cream, 18 g (1+1/2 tbsp) cater sugar and fresh strawberries.
Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
Put the egg whites into a mixing bowl and add about one pinch of sugar into the egg white, then start whipping.
Add the flour little by little and mix with the rubber spatula from bottom to top.
In the next step, Transfer the batter into the baking tray.
Let it bake for about 20-25 minutes then remove it from the oven and then roll it with cream.
Serve it in a plate and enjoy!
