Lingkan Reang
Wash and slice the Hilsa fish into pieces.
Mix the fish pieces with salt and turmeric, and set aside.
Heat oil and shallow fry the marinated fish until golden.
In another pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds, and slit green chillies.
Add the fried fish, boiled water, salt, and turmeric, bring to a boil.
Enjoy the curry hot with steamed rice.
