Take 2 tbsp ghee, 2 onions, 4 garlic cloves, 2.5cm piece fresh ginger, 1 tsp cumin,1 tsp coriander, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric, 500g chicken, 400g tomatoes, 400ml coconut milk and some fresh coriander leaves.
Heat ghee in a pan, add onions and a pinch of salt then saute it until the onions turn slightly brown.
In the next step, add the spices and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken, tomatoes and 1 tsp fine salt in the pan and let everything cook for about 30-40 minutes.
Then, add coconut milk and cook it further for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves and serve hot!
