1 cup rice, 1/2 cup toor dal, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 2 tbsp Bisi Bele Bath powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp tamarind, 1/2 cup veggies, 2 tbsp ghee, salt.
Cook together in a pressure cooker with enough water until soft and mushy.
Chop carrots, beans, peas, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces and cook them in pot.
Heat ghee, splutter mustard seeds, sauté spices, add tamarind, salt, and cook.
Finish off by adding a generous dollop of ghee and garnishing with fresh coriander.
