Authentic Bengali Alu-Pyaz Bhaja Recipe

Heat oil and fry kalo jeera and dry red chillies for a minute. 

Add potatoes, onions, and mix well. 

Season with salt, green chillies, and turmeric powder. 

Cook until potatoes are fried and tender. 

Stir in sugar and mix thoroughly. 

Serve hot.
