Marinate chicken for 30 minutes with specified ingredients.
Cook marinated chicken in a pan until all water evaporates, then cool.
Deep fry the cooked chicken in oil until golden brown and set aside.
Saute ginger garlic paste in the remaining oil until brown, then turn off heat.
Mix the sauteed paste with spices, add fried chicken, and adjust the seasoning with lemon juice.
Temper fenugreek seeds, garlic, dry red chillies, and curry leaves, then mix into the chicken mixture.
