Authentic Andhra Chicken Curry Recipe

Marinate chicken with spice powders, salt, and ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes.

Heat oil, add whole spices, then saute onions, green chillies, and curry leaves until golden.

Add marinated chicken and sear well, then add a splash of water, bring to boil, and simmer for 30-35 minutes.

Once the chicken is cooked, add garam masala powder and butter, and mix well.

Stir in fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice or roti.
