Lingkan Reang
Marinate chicken with spices, yogurt, and lemon juice, grill at 250°C for 12-15 mins.
Brush with ghee, sprinkle chaat masala, and set aside.
Heat butter, saute ginger-garlic paste, onions, and spices until golden.
Add tomato puree, and cook until oil separates.
Add chicken tikka, water, and simmer for 10-15 mins.
Stir in cream, garnish with coriander, and serve with rice or roti.
