Boil, peel, and cut eggs and potatoes, shallow fry and set aside.
Saute bell peppers briefly and set aside.
Fry onions and cashews, then blend with yogurt and fried onions.
Heat ghee, add spices and ginger-garlic paste, then the blended mixture.
Stir in cream, add kasuri methi, then mix in fried eggs, potatoes, and bell peppers.
Serve hot with rice or naan.
