Apple Halwa Recipe: A Sweet And Flavourful Dessert Made Easy

Heat ghee, fry cashews and kishmish until golden, then set aside. 

Cook apple puree in a pan until the moisture evaporates. 

Add sugar and cook for a few minutes.

Mix in ghee and food colour, cook until it leaves the pan’s sides. 

Add fried nuts and cardamom powder, mix well.

Serve warm and enjoy.
