Flour, baking powder, cinnamon, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, apple (chopped).
Whisk butter and sugar, add eggs, then mix in dry ingredients and milk. Fold in chopped apples.
Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly. This will add that irresistible crunch.
Fill cupcake liners ¾ full with batter. Sprinkle the crumble generously on top.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cut into squares & enjoy your homemade Pink Beetroot Barfi.
