- Tamarind chutney - Green mint-coriander chutney - Yogurt - Chaat Masala and roasted cumin powder - Chopped onions, tomatoes, and fresh coriander - Sev and pomegranate seeds
Combine the mashed potatoes, spices, ginger, green chilies, and breadcrumbs. Shape into small patties and fry until golden brown.
Place the crispy tikkis on a plate. Add generous dollops of yogurt, tamarind chutney, and green chutney.
Top with chopped onions, tomatoes, sev, and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds for extra flavor and color.
Finish with chaat masala and roasted cumin powder for a punchy, flavorful bite in every mouthful.
