Lingkan Reang
Mix kofta ingredients, shape into balls, and deep fry until golden.
Saute cumin and fennel seeds in oil, then add tomato puree, spices, salt, and sugar.
Cook the mixture until oil separates, then add water and bring to a boil.
Stir in kasuri methi and cream, mixing well.
Add the fried koftas and simmer for 1 minute.
Serve hot with your favourite bread or rice.
