Aloo Biryani Recipe: A Flavourful One-Pot Delight

Marinate cooked baby potatoes with spices and set aside. 

Saute whole spices, onions, green chillies, and ginger-garlic paste in ghee.

Add tomatoes, spices, yogurt, coconut milk, and water, then bring to a boil. 

Add drained rice, cover, and cook until done, fluff the rice once pressure releases.

Saute marinated potatoes until golden and mix with the rice.

Serve the biryani hot with raita.
