In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice. This will be your marinade.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes. This helps retain moisture.
Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
