Mix wheat and buckwheat flour in a bowl, then add equal parts water and milk. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
Incorporate sugar and baking soda into the batter and let it sit undisturbed for 15 minutes.
Place ghee in a pan and heat it over medium flame until adequately hot.
Pour a ladle of the prepared batter into the pan, keeping the flame low.
Flip the batter to fry evenly on both sides until golden brown.
Transfer the fried pieces to absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Your aktori is ready to serve!
