Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, Afghani spices like cumin, coriander, garam masala. Coat fish fillets. Marinate for 1-2 hours.
Heat a grill or skillet with oil over medium heat.
Arrange the marinated fish on the grill or in the pan, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side until tender and slightly crisp.
Apply melted butter to the fish as it cooks for extra richness.
Make sure the fish is tender and fully cooked.
Garnish with fresh cilantro, onion rings, and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
